ReachStack is wholly owned subsidiary of itracMEDIA. itracMedia Inc. has created this privacy statement (“Statement”) in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the websites affiliated with itracMEDIA Inc. (the “Site”) is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from visitors and customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.

ItracMEDIA data management procedures and technology as well as unsubscribe policy and block list technology is designed to comply with CAN SPAM and PIPEDA information privacy laws and regulations where applicable.

Collected Information:

Customers of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information (“Data”).This “Data” includes confidential data such as client and prospect lists, and employee data provided to iTrac Media under the strictest expectation of confidentiality. ItracMEDIA Inc. will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as may be required by law. ItracMEDIA Inc. will not provide information to companies the Customer has not authorized, and ItracMEDIA Inc. will not permit the companies that get such information to sell and redistribute it under any circumstances without Customer’s prior consent. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

The iTrac system may be configured to gather information such as what kind of browser a visitor is on, what operating system they are using, their IP address, and for example, which pages they have viewed on a site. Note that information is only gathered while the visitor is on the website in question — in this case www.itracMarketer.com, or an affiliated client or partner website. iTracMedia monitors how a visitor arrives at the website, but cannot and will not gather information about other sites the visitor has been on, un-affiliated with itracMedia.

When you access and interact with one of our websites or client or partner websites, we may collect certain information often referred to as “clickstream data.” Such data may include the type of Internet browser and operating system you are using, the pages and information you accessed on our site, the total time spent on our site, and the domain name of the website from which you linked to our site. Also, where you have previously identified yourself in the registration process as affiliated with a particular business or organization, we may record the fact that a representative of your business or organization visited the site, along with other clickstream data concerning that visit. At times, iTracMedia may ask for more specific contact information to be entered as a means of registration before accessing a certain part of the site. iTracMedia uses this information to understand its visitors and, with permission, to provide visitors with updates on the company and its products. A visitor may always option to not enter any information about them selves.

ItracMEDIA Inc. uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows ItracMEDIA Inc. to process your online transactions and requests. Our Site has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. ItracMEDIA Inc. implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, ItracMEDIA Inc. provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use protect your personal information. The Company takes measures to prevent unauthorized intrusion to its websites and the alteration, acquisition or misuse of personal information by unauthorized persons. However, the Company cautions visitors to its websites that no network, including the Internet, is entirely secure.

If you want to stop receiving promotional materials from itracMEDIA or the affiliated partner or client you can opt-out of a mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a promotional email, to have your name immediately blocked form future mailings from this sending company.
